General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the provision of transport services by JCLvip, operated by StiBus s.r.o., Company ID: 01528475, registered at Školní 661, 37401 Trhové Sviny, Czech Republic, and listed in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in České Budějovice under file number C 21713. By ordering a service, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all orders made via the website, by phone, or by email. If a customer does not agree to these terms, they cannot use the company's services.
Transport Services
All transport services and their mediation are provided in accordance with Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on Road Transport, Section 21, Paragraph 4, based on a prior written contract.
Personal Data Protection
The protection of customers’ personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, and the GDPR Regulation. StiBus s.r.o. is committed to handling customers' personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable legislation.
Orders
Orders can be placed via email or phone with written confirmation. The transport contract is established only after the carrier has given binding confirmation of the order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. If incorrect details are entered, transportation may not be provided, and the customer may be charged the full price of the order.
Payments
- Cash - Payment in Czech crowns to the driver.
- Bank Transfer/QR Code – Payment to the StiBus s.r.o. account.
Order Modification or Cancellation
Changes or cancellations of an order are possible no later than 24 hours before departure. In case of later cancellation, the full price of the order will be charged.
Transport Conditions
The company will provide a vehicle corresponding to the ordered category. In the event of delays caused by traffic conditions, the customer must allow for time reserves. If the vehicle breaks down, the carrier will arrange a replacement vehicle.
The customer must behave appropriately during transport to avoid damage to the vehicle. A cleaning fee of CZK 5,000 will be charged in case of significant contamination.
The driver has the right to refuse transportation to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When traveling abroad, the customer may be asked to present travel documents.
